Before you fly
Before starting, a group instruction class teaches you the basics: using a practice cable installed 2 meters above the ground, our guide walks you through sliding and safety techniques. Once you’ve had your introductory talk, the tour begins from the first platform.
The zipline circuit
The cables are supported by strong trees standing between 20 and 60 meters above the ground. You’ll glide from tree to tree using a pulley and mountaineering harness rated to hold up to 3,000 kg — so you can enjoy the ride completely safely, hanging face-forward as you roll through the canopy (we also encourage trying different positions to make it feel even more like flying). In total, the circuit has 12 cables and 13 platforms across 2.8 km — the most complete canopy tour in the area. Safety gear includes a helmet, professional mountaineering pelvic harness, carabiners, anchor strap, sliding pulley, and leather glove, with insurance included. Platforms gradually increase in height and length, with stunning panoramic views, and qualified instructors accompany you at every platform.
After the zipline: hot springs included
Once you land, enjoy as much time as you like in 5 thermal pools, 2 regular pools, and 3 water slides (65m / 15m / 10m) — plus a crocodile and caiman farm, a butterfly garden, and a leaf-cutter ant exhibit, all included at no extra charge.

What is the cancellation policy?
Plans change — we get it. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your tour, no questions asked. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
What happens if it rains?
This tour runs even when it rains — showers are common in La Fortuna and part of what keeps the rainforest so lush. Weather may affect volcano visibility, but your adventure goes on as planned.
